On the first Saturday of every month, The Auction Block holds its Detroit Police Seized Items Auction. The Detroit Police Department has seized all items available for auction and proceeds go to the city of Detroit.
Regular items include, but are not limited to, TVs, DVD players, game consoles (Play Station, Xbox, etc.), stereos, speakers, rings, watches, chains, bracelets, necklaces, furniture, houseware, and much much more.
All items are available for viewing by the general public the week prior to the auction. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday 9am to 4pm.
